Welcome to the blog for The last lens photography. On this blog you'll see samples of my work in wildlife and nature photography as well as some experiments that I do with my photography. All of the pictures and images are mine unless otherwise stated and are the copyright of the last lens. There is a link at the bottom of the page that will lead you to more of my works and allow you to order prints.

Aww look, pets really do start to look like their owners…or is it the other way around?

If I could get a picture like this without the people in the background it would be better, but oh well.

Ok, so lets start with the bad news. I’m completely fried (as in sun burned) and exhausted.
Good news, Hopefully starting in the next day or two I’ll have some new material to post. Sorry it’s been a slow, dreary, depressed winter for me and I’ve been working too much to keep up the pace I had going last year.
Came across this story from lensrentals.com this morning. I would have never guessed that this would be that big of a problem. Glad I’ve never been to one of these.
I thought this one turned out kind of cool. Nothing fancy just took a moon shot and it ended up with some interesting highlighting. Hope you guys like it.
River Otter from the Oklahoma Aquarium going up for air.
The Tulsa zoo has a new set of Jaguar cubs. Here’s a good picture of one of them.
Went down the Talimena Scenic Byway this past weekend and got some decent shots despite the wind.
For any Harry Potter fans out there, hate to break it to you but this is a real basilisk. :P
A good friend of mine is a freelance graphic designer and is looking to pick up a few clients. He has created an online portfolio with a small sample of his work, it also has his contact information on it. Please go check him out and keep him in mind if you need any work done.
He’s a really cool guy to work with and also the designer of my logo for The Last Lens Photography.
Feeling a little better today, but I’m still ready for the weekend…
